Add a stripe between actual rank testing for these accomplishments:

      c.  memory

Concentration Exercise:

-One student at a time
-Student stands in nuetral stance and concentrates with no distraction for 30 seconds while the instructor designates others to try to distract them or break their concentration by circling and making funny faces.

Games:

Same as "Simon" says.

2.  Tiger Tag
One student is the tiger and has to crawl around on all fours and try to tag others, or as an outdoor game without the crawling.

3.  Kung Fu Balloon
Float a balloon in front of each student(just air,not helium) and let them practices striking a "moving object".

4.  Pizza, cookies, cake etc.
A junk food break from class occassionally makes for happy students.

5.  Kung Fu obstacle course

6.  Pinata punching bag
You can make a paper mache punching bag out of a flour and water mixture and old newspapers.  Paint or color it and fill.  Students love destroying it and the candy is a bonus.

7.  Mini lessons
Set up stations with senior students and have students rotate around the kwoon with a minute or two to practice techniques at each station.

Fire Safety
-fire extinguisher use and location
-smoke alarm testing and location
-fire escape route and alternative
